The facts to learn
Children who know the 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10 times tables already have 11 × 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10, because 11 × 10 = 10 × 11. That leaves 2 new facts:
- 11 × 11 = 121
- 11 × 12 = 132

The ones not covered by earlier tables: 11 × 11 = 121, 11 × 12 = 132. The rest match facts children already know, like 11 × 10 = 10 × 11.
