How to remember the 33 times table
- Split 33 into 30 and 3: 33 × 7 = 30 × 7 + 3 × 7 = 210 + 21 = 231.
- 33 is 3 × 11, so multiply by 11 first, then by 3: 33 × 9 = 3 × 99 = 297.
- Look out for 33 × 11 = 363: the answer reads the same forwards and backwards.
Patterns in the 33 times table
- Each answer is 33 more than the one before: 33, 66, 99, 132, 165 and so on.
